Please notify us if your child will be absent. While make-up classes are generally not available, we appreciate knowing when a participant will miss a session.
Athletes should wear comfortable athletic clothing, sneakers, and have their hair securely tied back. Please bring a water bottle to each session.

In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, any cancellations or schedule changes will be communicated through the hosting Parks & Recreation department unless otherwise noted.
To help keep everyone healthy, please keep your child home if they are experiencing a fever, vomiting, or another contagious illness.
Photos and videos may be taken during CheerWorks programs for promotional purposes. If you prefer that your child not appear in photos, please let us know in writing before the program begins.
To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, all parents/guardians are required to complete a liability waiver on the first day of our programs and camps. This waiver is a standard part of our registration process and must be signed before your child can participate in any activities.
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early on the first day to complete the waiver, or download and fill it out in advance (if available) to streamline the check-in process.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to a fun and safe experience for your child!
