What We Do
Cheer Works is dedicated to teaching young athletes the basics of cheerleading by holding after school programs, camps and clinics. Cheer Works provides instruction in motions, cheers, dance, jumps, stunting, and tumbling. These are all fundamental skills of cheerleading. We also offer single day clinics throughout the fall, winter and spring seasons.

About Me
Cheerleading has always been a major part of my life. I was a cheerleader in high school and I also participated in All-Star programs back in Massachusetts where I am originally from. I attended the University of Massachusetts where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History and a Master’s Degree in Teaching and Learning. I moved to South Carolina in 2015 with the organization Teach for America. I currently run my programs in both the Charleston area and have expanded to Lake City, SC & Conway, SC & Hingham, MA.
I taught at Wando High School for 4 years and I am the former head cheerleading coach from 2018- 2021. My program consisted of 3 teams: Varsity Spirit, JV Spirit and the Competition Team. My competitive cheer team at Wando has won the Region ever year. I have a passion to teach and give back to the community. I am happy to offer cheerleading programs, camps and clinics. I hope to grow more interest in the sport both in South Carolina and Massachusetts.
